Under the Jira Service Management heading, go to Incident management tools Add a Slack workspace to your site as a site adminįrom the top right of your screen, select Settings ( ) > Products. You can access Slack when dealing with an incident by selecting the ‘Create channel’ or ‘Open ’ links in the communications section in the issue view of an incidentīy connecting Slack workspaces to your service project you can create Slack channels for your incidents, add incident responders to your Slack channels, update incident priorities, take incident actions, and help your team step in faster during incidents. Slack is a chat tool that you can connect to Jira Service Management so that your team can swarm on incidents. If you don’t see Incident management tools in Settings or Communication preferences in the Incident management page in the project's settings, it means that Slack isn't available in your region yet.
